Your Instructor
Our OKR Coach Ilka has been helping organizations to achieve and straighten their goals for many years. Her academic background is in organizational psychology, leveraging the knowledge of human behaviour to align company strategy with human needs. Her professional roots are in Vancouver, Canada: "born and raised" in the fast-paced, West Coast startup ecosystem. Here she consulted mostly hyper-growth startups with employee, team, and leadership development programs. With family roots in Germany, plus two years of change management and organizational development consulting in Europe, she is a natural translator between European and North American corporate cultures.
In her personal life, she travels around the world exploring non-corporate cultures, enjoying diverse foods and the universal power of unsolicited smiles.
